What is your greatest strength and how has that helped in your success with STL Executives?
My greatest strength is being able to build relationships with people I don’t know, it helps me when working with the clients here at STLX.

Sweet beaches in the Bahamas

Where will you be in five years?
I will be running a successful company and own a house in Denver, Colorado with a Dachshund named Starbuck.

If you could make a fortune cookie, what message would you want to put in it?
“People don’t care about how much you know until you show how much you care.”

What is your favorite part about working at STL Executives?
The personal development I receive to build strong leadership skills.

Everyone at STLX and my family back in Arkansas for all of their support.

Where will you be in five years?
In five years I will be in Texas, building my organization and clientele in the south and providing opportunities for young, hungry entrepreneurs like myself!


Favorite Place to Travel:
As a kid Corpus Christi, TX but now, anywhere I have never been!


If you could make a fortune cookie, what message would you want to put in it?
“Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it.” Attitude is everything.


What is your favorite part about working at STL Executives?
I love the personal and professional growth you gain from working here.  My life now has value and a massive purpose.


Fun Fact: 
My aunt, Virginia Shepard is the reason for my name.  We also share the same middle name, Lee.


Who would you like to thank?
I would like to thank Jesus Christ, my lord and savior, my mother, Barbara and my brother, Chris; they are my motivation.  I would also like to thank my uncle, Chief Master Sergeant Terry Burns. He provided me the opportunity at STL Executives and finally the team here at STL Executives for helping me along the way.

What is your greatest strength and how has that helped in your success with STL Executives?
My greatest strength is my positive outlook on life.  It has helped me progress with STL Executives and have fun while doing it!


If you could win any award, what award would you love to win and for what achievement?
I would love to win an award that would shows I am able to help others and make a hug difference in their lives.


What is a movie or TV show that you watched recently and really enjoyed?
I always enjoy watching How I Met Your Mother.


If you could make a fortune cookie, what message would you want to put in it?
Live life in a positive way and good things will happen today.


What is your favorite part about working at STL Executives?
My favorite part about working with STL Executives is all of the people I work with every day.  We have an amazing atmosphere and great team work.

My family has always had the greatest impact on my life, and for that I am thankful.  Also, I would like to thank everyone at STL Executives that have helped me succeed.
